Robyn helped us with a small issue with the temp in our room. She was very friendly & helpful. She deserves a reward for her. enjoyed the motel setup & breakfast. The beds was very comfortable.

This was the first time we had stayed in Tru and it was recently renovated. It was clean, comfortable, but smaller than a typical Hilton Hotel room. There wasn't a bathtub, but there was a large shower. Squeeze bottles for soap, shampoo, and conditioner made it extraordinary. Great place for a good night's sleep. A full hot/cold breakfast was available and delicious. A swimming pool and gym was available.

Property was immaculate inside and out. Staff was super welcoming, helpful and courteous. They’re pet friendly and have a nice pet area in the back of the hotel.

Staff was friendly and facilities were good. Along with this the breakfast was very good the morning of our check-out. Also, we had a very easy check out and that was good as well.

Loved everything about our stay. I actually was booked at another hotel in the area but was very disappointed. Luckily, I was able to book this hotel on a whim, and I got the room I asked for, handicap accessible, and at a cheaper price! Best night's sleep ever. We took advantage of the free breakfast and workout room. The staff were more than pleasant. One member came running over to my car before we were leaving and shook my husband's hand and told us to have a safe trip home.

Wonderful staff. Clean hotel. I am immunocompromised and seeing the upkeep and constant cleaning set my mind at ease. We stayed here last minute to get some rest on a drive to SC and it was perfect. My children enjoyed the pool table for hours, and we got to sit and rest!

The breakfast was great! Lots of choices, especially for kids. The rooms were clean. The location was ideal with plenty of restaurants within minutes and the outlets. Staff was wonderful! We had 2 bad experiences from prior hotels during this trip. This was a breath of fresh air!

Right off of 1-95 & close to Tesla supercharger. Accommodated us with early check in (so helpful) & late check out during hurricane debbie. We are a family of 4. Check in was a breeze. Would stay here again. Love the lounge & indoor pool. Staff was ver welcoming & answered all our questions. We will be staying here again.
